系統簡介與特性

Introduction and Features

在城市裡,放眼望去幾乎處處可見林立的玻璃帷幕高樓跟商業建築,現今玻璃帷幕工程儼然成為現代繁華城市的亮眼外衣。因為它的高安全性、準確性與方便快速的施工,還有它能襯托高樓的氣派與企業的形象表現,使得玻璃帷幕工程逐漸取代了傳統又耗時的外牆工程,而成為現代建築師在建築設計上的首選。帷幕牆系統常用於新式建築(SC鋼骨構造、SRC構造),主要原因為施工快速,材料較傳統RC之鋼筋混凝土構造來得輕,並可選用各種不同之材料與之搭配。若以構造方式來區分,帷幕牆可概略區分為骨架式、單元式、半單元式與結構玻璃式帷幕牆。此四種形式的帷幕各有其特性,並可依建築物的空間需求與營建條件混合搭配。

玻璃帷幕牆具有輕量化、不燃化、耐震、施工迅速等優點,在現代都市高樓化,防火、防震、施工安全的要求前提下,早已成為高樓建築的設計主流。更可以減少傳統RC外牆大量的鋼筋、混凝土使用量,對於減少高耗能建材使用所達到的節約能源、資源有很大的幫助。而且玻璃帷幕外牆較易於回收利用,對於資材的再生循環有相當的助益。帷幕牆在選擇開窗部位玻璃材質時的比較,使用Low-E玻璃可保有良好的透光性(可見光),又能有效阻絕熱能(遠紅外線)進入室內。

Glass curtain wall is often seen in urban architecture with SC / SRC structure, we can always appreciate the speedy erection,lightweight (compare to RC) and easy to collocate with other cladding systems. Glass curtain wall can be categorized into “Stick, Unitized, Semi-Unitized and Structural Glazing systems.” These 4 major systems can be designed and blended into different spaces & specifications.

Glass curtain wall is featuring light penetration, lightweight, fire retardant, quake resistant, quick erection, etc. now days, the demand and requirements for urban buildings has driven it as the major façade cladding system. It reduces the area of reinforced concrete wall areas and save a great deal amount of energy; what’s more, it can totally be recycled and re-used.For the selection of glass, Low-E glass is usually recommended due to the optimized light penetration, at the same time screens out the (UV & Infrared) rays effectively.

本公司可依建築、客戶需求,生產各種特殊玻璃及鋁擠型框架。如平板清玻璃、色板玻璃、膠合玻璃、複層隔熱玻璃、印刷玻璃等。帷幕牆骨架多以鋁擠型為主,以因應玻璃帷幕工法特性(減輕載重),並可依建築師設計理念改變鋁料外蓋板形式(例如:增加翼板或是金屬外遮陽等),既可豐富外牆造型,又能達到節能功效。
