建築系統3D設計人才
Architectural 3D Designer

職務描述/ Work of Scope

使用Rhino和Grasshopper(電池組件)或Python,Vb.net或C#設計外牆加工圖面
To develop Rhino, and Grasshopper script，either using Grasshopper (the battery component) or components like Python，
Vb.net or C# for producing façade fabrication drawings, (e.g. curtain wall, panels and glass.)

基本資歷/ Qualifications

• 大學或研究所以上學歷，工程或建築相關背景，至少有三年以上使用Rhino和Grasshopper之經驗
  Holding a Bachelor’s degree or above, having Engineering or architect background with at least three years’ experience in Rhino and Grasshopper
• 對工作熱情，自動自發及有強烈的責任感
  Being Energetic, proactive, self-initiate and responsible
• 良好的中英文溝通能力
  Havig a good command in both English and Chinese

資深屋牆面工程專案經理
Senior Project Manager

工作職掌/ Work of Scope

• 具備工程監管能力，包括工程規劃、財務管理及工務人員監督
  Managing full project including, but not limited to planning, financial/commercial controls, supervising and staffing control
• 掌控預算，並定期於公司內部會議中提出報告
  Reporting internally on monthly budget developments, forecasting of costs, and project cash flow positions
• 協助工務經理做出決策
  Assisting the Construction Manager in making the final decisions
• 遵守工程執行時之必要程序及法令規定，例如:工程扣款與法律上的反訴訟成為必要的辯護並與所有相關執行單位達成共識
  Dealing with variations and claims with all parties, such as contra-charges and counterclaims defended as necessary
• 處理工程缺失、確保工程品質及完整交接
  Controlling the project quality, mending defects, and securing the handover smoothly

基本資歷/ Qualifications

• 建築或相關學位，至少十年相關工作經驗，含五年管理職，有帷幕牆及鋼結構經驗者優先考慮
  Holding degrees/Higher Diplomas in Architectural, Building Studies or related disciplines preferred but not essential, has at least 10 years’ relevant experience with five years at managerial level, preferably in curtain walling and structural steel
• 具備專案管理相關之技能及知識，擅長MS Project及MS Office
  Possessing effective skills and knowledge on project management; acquiring proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
• 對工作充滿樂情、勇於自我挑戰、善與人互動，並能領導團隊
  Being self-motivated and dynamic with a proven ability to work under a demanding environment; being people-orientated with the ability to lead a team
• 良好的中英文溝通能力
  Having good command of both English and Chinese

生產經理
Production Manager

工作職掌/ Work of Scope

• 建立生產管理系統及數位製造
  Organizing and establishing a production management system as well as digital manufacture
• 確保生產過程中之技術品質，有效掌控原物料及管理庫存
  Being in charge of technical and quality assurance in the process of production, controlling the consumption of raw materials, and monitoring inventory
• 定期在內部會議中提出報告，針對相關議題提出解決方案，與技術部門合作
  Reporting regularly on internal meetings, providing precautions and resolutions of the concerned issues, as well as cooperating with the technical department
• 監督部門人員，分配職責，建立有效團隊
  Supervising department staff, allocating tasks, and building effective teams
• 確保人員在物資、設備及消防各方面的安全
  Ensuring the safety of all related aspects

基本資歷/ Qualifications

• 具備責任感、反應靈敏、創新能力，及良好的溝通能力
  Being responsible, resourceful, creative, and communicative
• 大學以上學歷，擁有至少五年生產管理之經驗，須不定期出差
  Holding a bachelor degree or above, having at least five years of production management experience, and being able to travel irregularly
• 具備微電子、半導體、光學、物理、化學、材料科學等相關學科之專業技能
  Possessing effective skills and knowledge of microelectronics, semiconductor, optics, physics, chemistry, material science and related subjects
• 擁有英語能力優先考慮
  Preferably having a good command of English
